Please note: Although I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, I am not currently part of a DBT consultation team and therefore must refer out for patients looking for a comprehensive DBT program. I welcome DBT-related referrals when this is not the case, finding it very fulfilling to work with graduates of DBT programs who want to build and grow their skills, as well as with family members looking to support a loved one contemplating or participating in a DBT program.
