Your journey isn’t about fixing yourself.

It’s about understanding how you adapted—and meeting that with compassion.

You’re here because something in your life hurts, and you’re ready to face it with more honesty and compassion.

You’re not here because something is wrong with you.

You may have accomplished a lot, yet it no longer feels fulfilling. You’ve been doing everything “right,” but something deeper still isn’t being met.

Maybe the critical voice in your head has been getting louder. Or you might be tired of holding everything together while feeling like you are falling apart.

If you're struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship strain or divorce, parenting stress, or the impact of trauma, you're not alone, and you don't have to navigate things on your own anymore.

Therapy can help you reconnect to your core values and uncover your authentic self.

From the outside, things may look “fine.” You’re capable, insightful, often the one people count on. But inside? You’re tired. Stretched thin. Wrestling with thoughts and patterns that won’t quiet down.

If you’re longing for deeper clarity, more ease, or simply new ways to feel in your own life, you’re in the right place.

When you've been living with depression, overwhelm, or a harsh inner critic, it's hard to imagine anything different. But therapy can create space for new ways of being.

Those fears are more common than you think. But here’s what I know to be true: change is still possible.

It’s okay to invest in your own care—even (and especially) if you’re used to putting others first. Caring for yourself is caring for others at the same time.

You might be wondering... “Do I even have the time? Is this really worth the money? What if I’m just... too much?”

You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, maybe even tried therapy before. But things haven’t really shifted—at least not in the way you hoped they would.

“I feel incredibly fortunate to be working with Dr. Kari. She's compassionate and accepting, and has helped me to look more closely at the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are impacting my life. She truly ‘sees’ me as an individual and tailors her approach to treatment accordingly. I came to her feeling stuck—but with her gentle guidance, I've been able to make real progress toward achieving my therapeutic goals.”

With the support of ketamine assisted psychotherapy, some clients are able to access insights and emotional shifts that feel less available in traditional talk therapy alone.

Over time, things begin to feel a little lighter. The spirals loosen. Your inner critic softens. The tightness in your chest lessens and you start responding instead of reacting. Relationships improve. You touch joy.

Sometimes the process happens through conversation. Sometimes, through expanded states of awareness.
