I am a clinical psychologist offering individual therapy to adults dealing with depression, anxiety, transitions, and a wide variety of other life stressors. My approach to therapy is collaborative, non-judgmental, and action-oriented. I practice evidence-based treatments drawn from a wide variety of cognitive behavioral therapies, particularly Compassion Focused Therapy. The development and cultivation of compassion for yourself and others is core to my practice as a therapist.
