I offer in-person and online therapy for adults in California, including Individual Therapy and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in Redwood City, grounded in warm curiosity, ethical integrity, and relational trust.
Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect to the parts of you that may have been neglected or silenced. Using a blend of Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), parts work, and somatic exploration we’ll work together to build emotional resilience, self-trust, and grounded change.
KAP can open up expanded states of awareness, loosen entrenched patterns, and reveal new insights. It can be especially helpful if traditional talk therapy hasn’t felt like enough. We will get to know each other in preparation sessions, then have a half-day experience of in-office sublingual ketamine, followed by separate integration sessions.
